The Mailer's Postmark Permit Club, Inc. is committed to promote interest in collecting mailer's postmarks cancels, to encourage the use of mailer's postmark permits, to provide guidance to members obtaining their permit postmark, generating a greater understanding and enjoyment of this aspect of philately by cultivating a feeling of fellowship among the members.
